Major Financial Institution
Need: The bank's private financial
services division needed to build consensus among bankers and
brokers around its vision, core values and goals; introduce its
organizational structure and new products; and share valuable
research findings about its affluent market.
Our Solution: We designed and implemented
a pre-meeting participant survey, incorporating its input into
all aspects of the meeting; provided APT to gauge participant
responses to presenters; and developed a post conference summary
for participants summarizing actions resulting from the meeting.

Need: Company wanted its summer MIS interns to
enjoy a celebration of their time but also to provide candid feedback
about its products and work environment.

helped design and facilitate a version of "Who Wants to Be
a Millionaire?" In addition, we facilitated a market survey
used before and after the event to determine any changes in intern
perceptions about the company.

a way to enhance the CEO's annual awards presentation. Later,
at the same tradeshow, the company wanted to replicate the focus
group research that sparks enhancements to their futuristic appliances.

a "People's Choice Awards" segment to complement
the CEO awards, with the audience using APT to pick winners in
new categories. We later worked with the company to use APT to
present to the audience the research protocol used to generate

partners to create a Game Show quiz to gauge executive knowledge
of the Internet and their current strategies. An end-of-program
assessment indicated to executives what they needed to do to get
up to speed.
