Need:  The company and its Diversity Resources Department looked to assert their cutting-edge diversity program as an existing strength in its marketing practices.

Our Solution:  Moss Cairns helped the client plan/facilitate a 2-day seminar for 125 national leaders where APT was used to create consensus on plans to strengthen the firm's share of the diversity market.


Fortune 500 Insurance Company

Need:  SVP and CEO needed confirmation of firm's global plan from company's top executives. Wanted candid discussion and visible display of consensus, so strategies could be aggressively pursued.

Our Solution:  Moss Cairns worked with leadership team to create an interactive agenda and to moderate 3 days of dialogue using our Audience Participation Technology (APT). Areas of tension were addressed quickly and resolved, helping foster broad consensus on vision, principles, policies and strategies.


Newly Merged Financial Institution

Need:  CEO convened top leadership for first top management meeting since the merger to review revenue growth and strategic initiatives, reach consensus on customer service strategies and explore ways to leverage internal talent.

Our Solution:  We helped integrate the use of APT into all components of the meeting, so leaders could provide continuous feedback to all 20 presenters. Real-time feedback led to vigorous, productive discussion and plans for post-meeting actions.


Fortune 100 Financial Services Company

Need:  Divisional HR leaders needed to convene meetings for managers whose employees were undergoing major change. Managers needed to understand critical principles of change management and to have the opportunity to provide truly candid feedback.

Our Solution:  Moss Cairns helped design an interactive agenda for a series of meetings, including teamwork exercises (via our game show software); client used APT to successfully test learning and discover areas where employees needed strategic help.

Major Financial Institution

Need:  The bank's private financial services division needed to build consensus among bankers and brokers around its vision, core values and goals; introduce its organizational structure and new products; and share valuable research findings about its affluent market.

Our Solution:  We designed and implemented a pre-meeting participant survey, incorporating its input into all aspects of the meeting; provided APT to gauge participant responses to presenters; and developed a post conference summary for participants summarizing actions resulting from the meeting.


Global Auto Manufacturer

Need:  Company wanted its summer MIS interns to enjoy a celebration of their time but also to provide candid feedback about its products and work environment.

Our Solution:  With local partners, Moss Cairns helped design and facilitate a version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" In addition, we facilitated a market survey used before and after the event to determine any changes in intern perceptions about the company.


Global Manufacturer

Need:  The company and its partners were seeking a way to enhance the CEO's annual awards presentation. Later, at the same tradeshow, the company wanted to replicate the focus group research that sparks enhancements to their futuristic appliances.

Our Solution:  Moss Cairns helped the company create a "People's Choice Awards" segment to complement the CEO awards, with the audience using APT to pick winners in new categories. We later worked with the company to use APT to present to the audience the research protocol used to generate enhancements to its latest product line.

Global Travel Company

Need:  The company sought client input on a major restructuring plan but wanted real-time feedback instead of post-launch survey data.

Our Solution:  Moss Cairns helped the client use our APT system to roll out the plan and get real -time, anonymous feedback over 2 days from its major clients. The event spawned regular client events on developing issues in the travel marketplace.

Need:  The firm wanted to explore how to get valuable input from users at its annual User Conference.

Our Solution:  We worked with the company and its partners to create a Game Show quiz to gauge executive knowledge of the Internet and their current strategies. An end-of-program assessment indicated to executives what they needed to do to get up to speed.
